In order to better serve our community, Masjid Al Farooq is asking all heads of household members, single and family, to please take a few minutes to fill out the important survey below. Your answers will be private.
Recently, we have donors that are interested in giving money to MAF that will assist in the education of our children through scholarships and sponsorships. These generous donors only ask in return that we provide them with our community demographics, which will in turn, let them know where this money is going and how much help is truly needed.
