In 2018, Masjid Al Farooq paid the following amounts in utilities and taxes:
- Nearly $12,000 for gas (heat)
- Over $9,800 for electricity
- Nearly $2,500 for telephone and Internet service
- Over $1,000 for water
- Over $4,000 for maintenance supplies
